Located at 205 N. Peoria, Fulton Market Co. may be a new restaurant and bar in the well-know West Loop restaurant mecca, but the inspiration started here many decades ago. Our father proudly brought home the finest selection of pork chops, steaks and chicken from the butcher shop where he worked, inspiring new takes on family classics. Today, we’d like to share a taste of our family’s nightly dining experience with you by providing share-able plates, a laid back casual restaurant atmosphere, craft beers, and unique signature cocktails.
